Ad-air® clean technology creates a microcellular structure in common thermoplastics which can then be converted by a number of processes such as: thermoforming, pressure forming and convolute heat sealing. In contrast to melt-state chemical foaming processes, this technology does not require any harmful chemicals or VOCs.
