- Patented Technology: MicroGREEN has the exclusive rights to license granted patents in the US, Europe and Japan. Our technology includes five issued patents and more than a dozen pending patents in over 20 countries.
- “Breathe Easy": Ad-air® technology uses only benign CO2 or N2 gas, eliminating flammability issues related to the use of combustible blowing agents.
- No Additives: Thermoplastics remain chemically unchanged.
- Eco-Friendly: Solves EPA pollution control problems associated with conventional foaming processes.
- Recycle Internally: Thermoformed trim can be recycled.
- Thermoplastic Applications: Works with many common thermoplastic polymers, including the world’s most recycled plastic, PET, and other emerging biopolymers such as PLA.
Joint Development and Testing
MicroGREEN will work with you to explore production opportunities for your business. Under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) we collaborate on testing and prototyping. Our team will work with you to make our technology fit your products and assist in the setup of your production line.
- Professional Support: Our team of engineers and technicians have experience in a wide range of thermoplastics and are ready to work with you at our facility or yours.
- Testing Lab: We are fully equipped to test and evaluate materials and process parameters.
- Production Testing: We are doing continuing work on a flexible test line to produce expanded sheets, expanded rolls and thermoformed deep-draw, low-density, foam products.
- Test Market Samples: Use your molds (or ours) to produce samples for market testing/evaluation.
- Adaptable to Your Line: Our patented technology can be retrofitted to your existing thermoformer line.
- Onsite Support: We provide support at your location.
