Thomas Malone

Thomas G. Malone

President and Chief Executive Officer

Tom is the founder of three previous ventures, the last two launching breakthrough technologies in the packaging industry. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial management experience, Tom provides a fresh business perspective as a skilled growth strategist offering tactical skills in intellectual property management, product development, sales and marketing. Tom is the inventor of 7 Patents and developed 4 trademarks. He has been a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals since 1998 and won the 2002 Highest Achievement Award, the Gold Award Winner in Environmental Achievement and the Gold Award Winner in Technical Innovation from the Flexible Packaging Association in 2002. Tom was also presented with the 2001 R & D 100 Award, R & D Magazine. Tom earned an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Krishna Nadella

Krishna V. Nadella, Ph.D.

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Krishna received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington with a research specialty in microcellular plastics, thus advancing MicroGREEN's technology. He has developed 20 patentable technologies during his graduate research at UW and as head of development at MicroGREEN. Krishna plays a crucial role in furthering the development of Ad-air® technology, and working with partners to develop application-specific solutions. He has played a key role in developing and representing MicroGREEN's business to date, and effectively communicating the technology to partners.

Rob Kirby

Rob Kirby

Vice President of Sales

Rob brings 20 years of food service packaging experience to MicroGREEN.  Rob has made his mark as a sales leader by guiding sales efforts towards creative design packaging strategies that help customers to sell more food.  Prior to joining MicroGREEN, Rob devoted 10 years of his career on delivering innovative take-out packaging solutions for the nation’s top 200 restaurant chains.  Rob is a team builder with a vision to bring rapid growth to environmentally sustainable packaging that is cost effective to the restaurant and packaged food world.

Chris Jacobs

Chris Jacobs

Director of Marketing and Product Development

Chris joins MicroGREEN with 14 years of marketing and product development expertise. His early experience was in the development of products for the Earthshell brand for National Cement and Ceramics Laboratory. He received his MBA from Cornell in 1996. His CPG marketing and product development experience with Unilever and Johnson Outdoors add yet another dimension, and strengthen our development team. Chris is personally driven to work at the confluence of environmentally responsible and fiscally successful business. His passion, energy and experience fit well with MicroGREEN, and he is currently focusing on the CPG industry and working with the team to drive the acceptance of our technology in this arena.

Barbara Burke

Barbara Burke

Operations Director

Barbara received her BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and her Master of Medical Engineering degree from the University of Washington (Seattle). She is a lifetime member of Tau Beta Pi. Barbara brings to MicroGREEN Polymers over 20 years of technical and management experience, particularly as a start-up entrepreneur of a high technology medical research company.

Mark Daniel

Mark Daniel

Controller

Mark Daniel has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, and consulting. He has worked with companies to complete private equity fundraising and IPO transactions, has experience in mergers & acquisitions, and has helped small companies implement the financial systems needed to meet continued growth. Mark earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, a Master's from Yale University, and a Bachelor's from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).
