Patented Technology: MicroGREEN has the exclusive rights to license granted patents in the US, Europe and Japan. Our technology includes three pending patents in over 20 countries.
Solid-State Process: Extruded solid sheet or roll material is expanded without ever re-melting the material.
Deep Draw Forming: Unique capability to produce expanded PET products with deep-draw shapes, steep side walls and densities as low as 10% of solid.
Smooth Surface: Integral unfoamed skin adds strength and retains stain resistance of solid polymer.
Breathe Easy: By using only CO2 or N2 gas, our process eliminates plant safety issues.
No Additives: Thermoplastics remain chemically unchanged.
Eco-Friendly: Solves EPA pollution control problems associated with conventional foaming processes.

Development and testing

MicroGREEN is ready to help you explore the production possibilities for your business. Under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) we work together to conduct testing and prototyping. Our team works with you to make our process fit your products and assist in setup of your production line.
