Five Points of Greenness

1. Source Reduction: High yield process requires less source material to make everyday items (as little as 1/10 when compared to traditional plastic).
2. 100% Recycled Material: Produce a wide range of products with up to 100% recycled plastic and up to 60% post-consumer content.
3. Recycle Again: Our process does not chemically change plastic, technically enabling closed loop recycling. Manufacturers can reuse their thermoforming trim.
4. Benign Process: No harmful or noxious gases are used in processing. Little to no new oil or natural gas is required for the source material when using recycled plastic.
5. Lower Energy Usage: Our process requires less energy compared to creating new (virgin) plastic and significantly less energy compared to creating paper products.
