MicroGREEN's Management Team

Thomas G. Malone
President and CEO

Tom is the founder of three previous ventures, the last two launching breakthrough technologies to the packaging industry. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial management experience, Tom provides a fresh business perspective as a skilled growth strategist offering tactical skills in intellectual property management, product development, sales and marketing.

Tom is the inventor of 7 Patents and developed 4 trademarks. He has been a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals since 1998 and won the 2002 Highest Achievement Award, the Gold Award Winner in Environmental Achievement and the Gold Award Winner in Technical Innovation from the Flexible Packaging Association in 2002. Tom was also presented with the 2001 R & D 100 Award, R & D Magazine. Tom earned an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Krishna V. Nadella

Co-founder and VP Technology

Krishna is currently a Ph.D. candidate in microcellular plastics at the University of Washington. His research advances MicroGREEN’s technology. He has developed several patentable technologies during his graduate research at UW. Krishna plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and complete transfer of UW technology and support to MGP. He has played a key role in developing and presenting MicroGREEN’s business plan.

Henry Kei

VP Finance

Henry is currently the acting CFO of MicroGREEN. He is a financial consultant specializing in the fields of corporate banking, insurance, ESOP conversion, and investments. His wide range of experience includes the oil and gas industry, construction, accounting and finance, ESOP conversion, pension investment, and financial management. Henry recently retired as CFO of Anvil corporation (an ESOP company).

After serving four years in the US navy during the Vietnam War, Henry began his career with Bechtel as an electrical engineer, then moved into Project Management and Construction. He relocated to various project sites with Bechtel, eventually returning to San Francisco as the Technical Service Manager responsible for R&D budgets and departmental financial reporting. Henry is an MBA graduate in the area of international finance from San Francisco State University.

Scott Dyer
Business Development Director

Scott brings over 15 years of experience in the food and packaging industry with Welch's, Clorox, and Unilever. In his various roles as Plant Engineer and Operations Manager he has spearheaded numerous multi-million dollar production line projects. He has also worked directly with customers at local and national levels to improve products and drive strategic sales growth through engineering.
